Friends of Moorside

Our Patient Participation Group, Friends of Moorside, has been meeting regularly for a number of years. It provides a forum for patients to discuss the practice and the services that we provide with representatives from the practice (sometimes including one of the GPs or Practice Nurses). It is not intended as a platform for individual concerns or complaints (these should be addressed through our standard complaints procedure (DOCX, 168KB)) but as an opportunity to provide feedback to the practice on how the service might be improved.

The Friends help the practice by attending the waiting room and encouraging patients to complete a Friends and Family Test questionnaire. Please be assured that they are there simply to do that and in no way attempt to influence patients in how they complete the Friends and Family Test return. The submissions are intended to be completely anonymous unless some feedback from the practice is specifically required.
