Important Information About Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to cancel/change an appointment please call 01274 643576. This will enable our reception team to cancel/change the appointment with enough time to offer it to other patients and provide you with the ability to re-book the appointment. Please do use our NHS email to Cancel appointments as this isn’t linked to the booking system.

Book Appointment
To book an appointment please call 01274 643576 on the day you would like to see/speak to a GP from 8.00am and hold the line as all appointments are released daily at this time.
If they don’t hold the line you will lose their space in the queue, alternatively you can come into the surgery at 8.00am when the doors open and book an appointment on the same day.
If the appointments are all gone and you feel that your issue is urgent then the receptionist will book an appointment for you with the on-call GP who will assess your issue and then get a member of the reception team to contact you back with an answer.
Please note you cannot book an appointment now via online access, you will need to call the surgery as above.
